[Johnson] Johnson R3 Issues

Several issues ago (in Electric Radio), W3BYM showed a
failure that cause the demise of the VfO. However, as
another subscriber said,it was also the work of the
tubes involved. I just did the changeout of the
resistor on a Ranger. It's actually pretty easy (but
then again, I had the front panel off of the unit).
