Gentlemen: I also just discovered that the "modulation limiter" circuit of
the Viking II CDC model incorporates a 6J6 tube that is not included in the
"standard" (non-CDC) Viking II. I am still searching for a schematic diagram
of the CDC model to compare to the "standard" model. I still do not have a
satisfactory answer about the reasons for the cadmium plated chassis vs. the
