[Johnson] 5A and 3A fuses? Why

If I recall correctly, one was a fast blow (5 Amp) and one was a slow blow
(3 Amp). Each would blow under different circumstances. (Exceed 5 Amps and
the transmitters immediately off the air vs. a "slow burn".
