Personally, after having had to pry a ranger out of its case to change fuses, 
(someone had put a inside fuseholder in it), and not liking the fused AC 
plugs, I commited the cardinal sin.

I drilled a hole!!

My favorite ranger ( my ugly ranger, the best one ) has a chassis mount 
fuseholder. I put it in the center of the back of the chassis. I had to 
cut a 3/4" hole in the back of the case to clear it. It doesn't look bad.
The ranger is happy, I'm happy...

shall I be shunned? LOL
