Ceramic caps aren't suitable for this application. They lack the
current carrying capability of mica units of the same capacitance and
voltage rating. The Valiant manual parts description is for 150 and
330pf 500v 5% silver mica caps. Exact replacements are available from
Mouser in the CD15 series. Check their on-line catalog, page 489.
If you wanted to go to a higher voltage rating, you might try the CDV30
series, if you have room to mount them. They are available from Digikey
