[Johnson] Ranger keyer problem

Hello Phil, there is an electrolytic in the keyer chassis (underneath the
small add-on chassis)  that should be replaced. It is for the bias supply.
Many will miss it since it is out of sight. this will cause the problem that
you have seen. Good luck and have fun.

"Anyway, the differential keying section is inop.  That is, I can't adjust
the pot to the point where I can cut the VFO off with the key down.

Any thoughts before I pull the Keyer chassis up?  Since CW will be my
primary mode of operation I want it "right"."
