Got several suggestions. The wiggling the jumper plug did not work.
However, no screen voltage on the 6146 and no plate voltage on the 6AQ5
clamper. I already put in a NOS 6AQ5 but will try another one tomorrow. Any
suggeestions on common component failures at this point?

Hi Ed
Check the 25K 5W drive pot. Check the screen voltage on the 6146, Check that
the multi octal plug in the back is fully plugged in. It will probably be
one of those
Good luck with my favourite transmitter.

My trusty Ranger did great a few weeks ago on 10 meters, but just tried =
to load it tonight and no plate current. Drive current is fine. =
Changed out the 6146 and the 6AQ5 (clamper), and cleaned the bandswitch =
contacts but still no go. I measure about 600 volts of plate voltage.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
