Subject: [Johnson] Refinishing a Valiant II

I have a Valiant II that needs a little case paint, and needs a new =
label on
the front. Do any of you know folks who do Valiant IIs? I'm not that
skilled a painter, for certain.

Also, I haven't seen a sideband adapter for the Valiant come by in a =
long
time. Any suggestions on where I might unearth one?

Thanks,
Dave WB4FUR

My suggestion is to use the services of your local car painter. They are =
brilliant at matching paint. A local painter specializing in air =
brushing and custome hot rod work is even better.=20

Labels are a problem. I don't have an answer although there is a guy in =
the USA who has all the silkscreening systems to do new front panels.

Hope this helps
