[Johnson] Desk KW

Hello,

I'm working on a Johnson Desk KW. Getting some RF out now and looks like it
might be on the air soon. This desk had the class AB2 modification done on
it. I need a copy of the set up and adjustments that had to be done after
the modification was complete. Maybe there was even a supplementary manual
that went with the Mod Kit or a updated Table "C" showing voltages, currents
etc.

Any help I can get with this would be greatly appreciated.
