Hi Frank:
Put two 16 uF (or more) @450VDC per cap in series. That should take
care of your cap search. I'm not so sure about equalization resistors
or anything like that but putting two in series otta do the trick
(unless I'm missing something). O.k. Johnson List? Any comments? Tnx.
