This 9 pin plug isn't all that hard to find.  If I'm not mistaken the
original manufacturer was Amphenol and the part number was 86-CP9.  I
believe that it is currently manufactured by Wirepro and is available
from various suppliers.  A quick check on a good search engine turned up
a match in Burghardt's price list at:

I don't know for sure what the part number for the hood that snaps on it
is, but if you order a plug you can probably also get the hood.  The
plug is listed at $4.95 and I would imagine the hood would be another
couple of bucks.
