While I'm shyly making a plug for my plug (sorry for the pun), you're better
off using a plug than going inside of your Ranger and shorting out wires. If
there is no other way to make jumpers, then shorting from the inside if
probably o.k. (probably hard too). But since you do have an option, let's try
using a plug.
I'm usually asking $8 for my 9 pin plugs (continental U.S.) but I don't know
what import duty is up to CAN plus shipping. Do the research on the duty,
postage, etc and send me the $$$ to the following address and I'll send you the
plug. 73.
