[Johnson] Mic conn for D-104, KWS-1, Valiant

Thanks for the many offers and suggestions, but I guess I incorrectly
described my problem.

I have a D-104 I use with my KWS-1 and Valiant.  Both rigs have a 2
pin offset female chassis jack to which the plug of the D-104, a 2 pin
offset male jack, plugs into.  The mic is not long enough to
comfortably reach the Valiant and I would like to use an extension for
it too reach.  I have several 2 pin offset male plugs to plug into the
rig, but what I need is a 2 pin offset female INLINE jack to receive
the mic plug from the D-104.

Now that I've probably confused everyone, including myself, can anyone
help with the connector?
