[Johnson] Valiant II modifications, resurrection data

Unfortunately, BAMA only has the Valiant manual and
not the Valiant II.  However, they are fairly close
and the manual for the Valiant should be enough to get
started while looking for one for the Valiant II.

W7FG is a source of the Valiant II manual (W7FG.com)
but it will be a copy, not a mint original.
