http://bama.sbc.edu/  This is a good source for a free copy of the manual
you are wanting.  If you want a mint copy try www.w7fg.com  I personally
like the Bama  site because I'm a cheapskate and these are workable copies.
You'll need to download one of the onsite programs to be able to print and
download properly but it's not a big deal just follow the instruction on the
site.
