It is designed to be flexible and therefore the phenolic is thin and if
torqued, it breaks. It has a small end and a large diameter end and you
wont be able to find a substitute. It becomes at GREAT RISK after you take
the large nut off of the big brass bushing that goes through the panel.
It then allows the big brass bushing to DANGLE AND THERE IS THE DANGER.
