[Johnson] TOTALLY Off topic HELP..!!!!!!

Hi I realize this is totally off topic, but can someone tell me how to
remove Adobe Acrobat reader from my computer...? I have installed 5.05,
but as soon as I go to read a schematic or something , it kills my
Internet connection and freezes my computer.

I tried calling Adobe, but after being on Long distance hold for 20
minutes, I gave up...
Has anyone else had this problem..??
