[JMS] Should JMS move to Facebook?

Hi Bill,

That is a very good point.  Before I send the notice out, I want to run 
an experiment with you to determine if you can see everything that is on 
my FB GMS page.  We will run the experiment and then I will be on solid 
ground when I put out a statement to the JMS.
