Thanks for all you do Don! 

 Yes the secondary of that transformer has a center tap, which right now is 
above ground and isolated.  I have not taken the transformer out to check it, 
as I got really really bush this last friday. However I did note that at 
power on, it showed -37Vdc and then it steadily fell to about 25vdc where it 
staid.. this was with no load..
