[JMS] Lambda 28 and a RUH ROH

well got her all finished up this morning ( the multi volt side, not the HV 
senseing ) and fired her up..   ruh roh

all voltages are HALF what they are supposed to be.

I bought a little 12.6vac transformer yesteday from radio shack and it must 
have been a 6.3v tranny that was mis packaged. There is 6.5vac going into the 
12.6 secondary of the transformer just like it should be, but on the primary 
side of the transformer, at the AC terminals of the Bridge there is only 32 
volts.. that don't sound right...
