[JMS] Membership Levels? (or Society Update Partial)

Don,

I have not had time to read other responses so I may not be adding anything 
new.

I think you should keep things as simple as possible - forget the "levels" 
of membership. I don't think it adds anything. The best way to keep an 
organization going is to - somehow - keep members active: on-air get 
togethers, maybe simple contests, a net or two (maybe one AM; one SSB), 
photo contest, competitions (best home brew, best restoration ...) etc.
