[JMS] Holy Smoke!

I got out my old open frame receiver rack yesterday and cleaned it all up.
The black wrinkle paint is still in great shape one it.

I put the 90801 in the top of it. I will put the Modulator directly under it
and my 90903 will be directly below the modulator. Of course, the LV and HV
supplies will go on bottom of rack. Should make a nice looking little stack
of happiness!!!

I'm really looking forward to getting this project going. I know I have been
talking to Don about it for a year. I have a power supply built up that will
supply the HV. Its built up in a chassis that will have to do for now.

Anyway, y'all, I need the connecting terminals that go on either end of the
90903 scope. They are on the back, but have been removed from the front. So
if anyone has a pair of those, or knows someone that does, lets chew the rag.

Also, Don, I have a large 19" panel with NO HOLES in it. I'm taking it to a
sheet metal shop to have it chopped tomorrow, the correct height for the
modulator. I'm going to make a cardboard mock up of it, to be sure I get all
the holes right, and then I will use it as a template to cut out the real
panel. I want to get that panel cut out, and painted as soon as I can. I
have found, down here in the deep south, if you put a panel out in the
blaring noon day sun and get it hot, THEN spray it with black wrinkle paint,
it will wrinkle up beautifully. Then you of course, leave it out in the sun
to dry. I usually put on three good coats and it works well.

Okay on the meter, be looking for it. Thanks.. I'll repay the favor! I have
a huge junk box, let me know when you need something.

I was crushed when I didn't win the 90711 last month..

R
