[JMS] info please <<Modulator Meter>> -- Gosh Darn Darn they did use screws!

After all this time I really looked close at the modulators on our JMS
site.  Well Gosh-Darn-Darn, they did use little screws in all four
corners of the modulator front to hold the chassis cover to the front
rack panel.  I never noticed it before.  So it would be more legit to
follow the Millen way rather than hide them like I did.

I guess I didn't expect them as the 90801 transmitter doesn't have them.
Then again the transmitter uses shaft nuts to provide some of the hold
down.

*** YET Another SIDE NOTE:  Never tighten down the nut for the amplifier
tuning shaft to the front panel on the 90801 Transmitter!  The tuning
capacitor is mounted to the chassis inside and that nut will pull the
capacitor forward and break the ceramic insulators.  Thus destroying the
cap!  That was something very un-Millen like in their design.  So either
just leave the nut off or just finger tighten it.
