Looks as if there are still too many counties still needing coverage this year. We won't have a few of our usual mobiles and rovers for various reasons. So we need a few Hoosiers to step up and operate mobile, or rover, or portable in a few of those unclaimed counties.come on...if Ohio and Illinois can cover all their counties, we should be able to as well. check out the map http://hdxcc.org/inqp/activity.php

It would be great of we could get coverage for those 20+ counties from 20+ Indiana hams...but that's not likely. So allow me make an offer:

If we can get some Hoosiers to cover the two open northern counties (StJo & Marshall), as well as a couple more to cover Union and Posey, I will try to cover the remainder....  So all you have to do is operate mobile or portable for an hour or two away from home, and I will bust a gut to make sure we have all 92 covered. if you are currently planing to go mobile/rover/portable, maybe you can shift to one of those stragglers in order to concentrate the remainder into one contiguous area.

Of course, none of the counties that I cover will be covered well. I usually try to dedicate 30-40 minutes to each county I am in, but this scenario will likely mean 10 to 15 minutes in some of those currently unclaimed counties. So don't blink, or you;ll miss it,.

Whaddya say? Anybody want to help in the north, east and southwest next Saturday?
