I just realized this event hasn't been advertised here, at least not recently.  I am not personally involved with this hamfest, but I'm
just passing along the info from http://www.IndyHamFest.com
and the PDF flyer from that website.

Location: CAMP SERTOMA, US Highway 52 East (aka Brookville Rd) 
at the intersection of German Church Road.
Indianapolis, IN.  Lat/Long COORDINATES, 39-44-21 N,  085-58-16 W.

Tickets:  $8/person at gate, $6/person in advance. See below, or 
flyer on web site for stores that sell advance tickets.  Parking 
(ON GRASS) is included in the price of ticket.  Children under 
12 admitted free. FREE ADMISSION TO ALL ACTIVE MILITARY IN UNIFORM.

(SPECIAL PAVED HANDICAPPED PARKING AREA.)

Major Prizes for 2009: Yaesu FT 450 HF + 6m, Yaesu FT 7800R Dual-Band Mobile, Yaesu VX-150 2m Portable.  (One chance per ticket.)

Hours:
Flea Market, 6 AM to 3 PM.
Commercial vendors, 7 AM to 3 PM.
License Testing, 9 AM to 11 AM.

COMMERCIAL BUILDING: $40/table.
Fully Air Conditioned, Drape Backdrops, Free Electrical power, 
Doors open at 6a.m. for setup, Customers allowed in at 7a.m.

COVERED TABLESPACE: $15/table (8 ft).
Over 120 tables, large commercial tent, electric available, 
setup opens Fri. @ 4p.m. all on grass.

(My note: not all the covered tables sold last year, so you still
should be able to reserve a table this week, and likely will
be able to just show up and purchase tablespace the day of.)

TAILGATE SELLING:
Large grass area, $5 fee per VEHICLE, 
First Come basis, Setup starts Fri. @ 4p.m., Clean out the shack.

LICENSE TESTING will be offered OFF-SITE during
the show from 9 AM to Noon. Walk-ins are always
welcome. A shuttle service will be provided.
All applicants must have a photo ID. License upgrade
applicants must bring their original license
and a copy, plus any CSCEs. For complete details
