The ARRL Indiana Section welcomes the addition of W9PM

Phil Mehlman W9PM has been appointed as the new Affiliated
Club Coordinator (ACC) for the ARRL Indiana Section. 

Phil lives near Valparaiso, Indiana, and he brings with him a great
deal of experience and knowledge both in the technical and the
organizational aspects of clubs and organizations.
