To ALL Indiana Hams:

IF EACH OF YOU DON'T TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TONIGHT, THEN SB 109 WILL DIE IN
COMMITTEE TOMORROW.

As of this morning, Rep. Brian Hasler, Democrat - Evansville, and Chairman
of the Indiana House Technology, Research, and Development Committee was
planning to let SB 109 die in committee. After talking to him for an hour
and a half about some of the technical and emergency aspects of ham radio,
he is now on the fence. He plans to make his decision tomorrow (Wed, March
18).

EVERY ham, and ESPECIALLY EVANSVILLE HAMS AND HAMS IN THE DISTRICTS OF THE
REPRESENTATIVES BELOW need send email to the entire committee (if they
haven't already done so) asking them to support SB 109 and giving them
reasons why they should. Many of these Representatives have NOT YET HEARD
FROM ANYONE IN THEIR DISTRICT (make sure to include your address so they
know you are in their district).
