SUBJECT: Update on SB 109 in the Indiana House of Representatives

There has been no movement in Committee on SB 109, the Amateur Radio
Antenna Regulation bill.  According to my sources, The Chairman of the
Indiana House Technology and Research and Developement Committee,
Brian
Hasler (h77@ai.org) has not scheduled SB 109 for any hearings or
testimony.  ALL Indiana Amateurs, most especially those in the 77th
House District(Evansville area) must write, call, and/or E-mail
Representative Hasler, and urge him to schedule a committee hearing,
and
to support SB 109.

If SB 109 is not acted on by his committee by April 8, 2003, it will
die
in committee, and there will be no hope of passage during this
legislative session. I urge everyone to write, E-mail or call
Representative Brian Hasler (h77@ai.org).  The phone number to call is
1-800-382-9467.  Please DO IT TODAY!
