The revised rules for the 2003 Indiana QSO party allow operation for the

This is also the same weekend as the New England QSO Party along with the
MARAC County Hunters Contest. Lets try and get all 92 counties on this year
also if you don't have any software for contesting K8CC has a free version

NA software that supports the Indiana QSO Party, the link is at the
