INARRL BULLETIN 010-2003
11:00:00 EST 03/08/2003 de KB9BVN

SUBJECT: VHF/UHF Net Reports

To: All Indiana VHF/UHF Net Managers

For the month of February, only 6 Net Managers sent VHF/UHF
Net Reports to the Indiana Section Traffic Manager Frank Dick ,
WA9JWL.

Regular reports of Amateur Radio net activity are important to our
Section Emergency Coordinator, Section Traffic Manager, and me
to judge the viability of organized on-the-air activity in Indiana.
Each month, the Indiana STM, SEC, and I file reports of Hoosier
amateur radio activity throughout Indiana. These VHF/UHF net
reports also give Field Services at ARRL Headquarters a
measure of amateur radio activity at the local level throughout
the Indiana Section.

If you are a VHF or UHF Net Manager, on or about the 1st of each
month, please DO take the time and effort to send WA9JWL a report
of your net's activities. This can be sent via Radiogram (preferably),
or via E-mail to: [email protected]

The important information to be reported each month is:
    (1) The name of your net
    (2) Number of checkins
    (3) Number of formal messages passed
    (4) Total time of all nets
    (5) Number of sessions

If you are not a Net Manager, please ask your Net Manager if
he or she is sending monthly NM Reports to our Section Traffic
Manager.

If you have any questions, please contact Frank Dick WA9JWL,
or me.
