Subject: SB 109 Committee Hearing
Dear Amateur Radio Enthusiasts:
Senate Bill 109, regarding the regulation of amateur radio antennas, will
come before the Government Affairs and Interstate Cooperation Committee this
Wednesday, February 12th.
If you have the time, Senator Antich would appreciate your testimony before
the Committee. We need your support! This legislation must be passed from
committee before it can go before the General Assembly for consideration.
The Governmental Affairs and Interstate Cooperation Committee will meet at
the Indiana Statehouse, 200 W. Washington Street, Room 130 in Indianapolis.
The Committee will begin at 1:30pm, on Wednesday, February 12th.
SB 109 will be the last piece of legislation heard by the committee for the
day. I know this is short notice, but we would deeply appreciate it if
amateur radio enthusiasts could show up and support the bill.
For additional information, please call Senator Antich's office at
1-800-382-9467, or directly at (317) 232-9532.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
