The Ripley County Repeater Association Celebrates 20 Years of Service

The Ripley County Repeater Association amateur radio club is
celebrating its 20th year of public service to the community.
Dan Mulford say the radio club serves the community via
communications for emergencies and public events for groups
such as Red Cross, YMCA and the Ripley County Cropwalk.

Mulford says the RCRA Severe Weather Net is considered
one of the best in the state and club works closely with the
Ripley Co. EMA.

RCRA-SwapFest

The Ripley County Repeater Association, the local amateur
radio club, will hold an electronic flea market or "SWAPFEST"
this Sunday in Napoleon. Dan Mulford says, the event is held
to promote fellowship and fun between amateur radio operators
in the area. The Swapfest will be held at the Napoleon
Community Center Sunday, doors open at 11 a.m. Admission
is two dollars and includes free set-up on one table with
admission, as space allows.
