I don't know if you've changed anything in your email program's settings
lately, but...
These types of forwarding (email alias) services won't work unless you have
your email settings configured such that they show your alias as your email
address.
In other words...
I could have [email protected] forwarded to my email account on my ISP
([email protected]) and I'd be able to receive my mail.
HOWEVER, unless my email program has [email protected] in the settings for my
email address/reply address - I won't be able to send mail to lists that
I've subscribed to using [email protected]. This is because these lists read
that information and look up the sender's email address against the
membership of that list and they don't let non-members post.
This alias thing is a fantastic thing. If you completely surrender to your
alias account ([email protected], for example), you'll never have to change
your email address again - even though you may change ISPs fairly often.
There's only one change to make - on your ARRL profile. It's much better
than changing dozens of reflector addresses and sending notes to everyone
you know to tell them (and you know they just don't get it).

Subject: [InHam] ARRL Mail
Third time i've tried to send this. Had to change my mail settings back
to make this list happy. Anyway, here goes:
Question for anyone who uses ARRL mail forwarding. In other words, you
have an email address with your call @ arrl.net and its forwarded to
your home inbox. Does anyone else have problems with this working.
Lately it has taken them hours to get mail through if at all. Writing
to their people, they are saying the problem is with my ISP. I could be
a millionaire with all the money from the buck passing of blame I have
heard over the years.
Let me know here or by direct email if you have similar problems.
Thanks, and
