Third time i've tried to send this.  Had to change my mail settings back
to make this list happy.  Anyway, here goes:
Question for anyone who uses ARRL mail forwarding.  In other words, you
have an email address with your call @ arrl.net and its forwarded to
your home inbox.  Does anyone else have problems with this working. 
Lately it has taken them hours to get mail through if at all.  Writing
to their people, they are saying the problem is with my ISP.  I could be
a millionaire with all the money from the buck passing of blame I have
heard over the years.
