Well, near as I can tell you did not have to get insulting. My opinion says
there was no
call for this comment - "10-4, 73, okey-dokey, QSL, etc, etc, etc,...",
especially NOT
the 10-4. But maybe that is your personal background coming through? Most
all of the
CBers I know who have become hams have rejected steadfastly the usage of 10
calls
on the air.
