[ILQSO] ILQP thoughts, observations

I agree with Jim that this point of the cycle, the mobiles do FAR better on
the higher bands-and many thinks to these guys for coming out. It draws
more out of staters, which benefit us fixed guys.
The question remains however...bonus or point incentives for mobile low
band QSO's? WPX and may others give higher points for low band QSO's
already.
Just a thought.
