[ILQSO] Ft8 contest

Actually RTTY can be far from Boring. It can really keep you busy.

FT-8/4 They can do what I did for the Mayhem, any logs that contain any 
FT contacts will be classified in their own class of entry. And are 
separate from the main contest. And are not eligible for the main big 
prize so far.
