[ILQSO] ILQP Scores etc

Hi Jim,

Thanks for the super quick effort.  Nicely done.

The KA9FZR score is listed as "Fixed".  This was a mobile operation.
Hopefully that can be adjusted.

Not sure if we submitted it incorrectly or not.  Alas, the work of contest
guru is never over!!
