[ILQSO] ILQP Scores etc

One week after the log due date, the ILQP logs are scored and ready for
posting, primarily due to WA9GBC's wizardry with Excel macros and some
in-house insanity and obsession.  

The preliminary results are posted at
https://w9awe.org/ilqp/#68-78-wpfd-2022-ilqp in three files:  2022 Scores,
2022 Club Check and 2022 Category Check.  Please look at these files and
verify your category and Illinois club!  Many Illinois stations did not
specify an Illinois local club (Society of Midwest Contesters, while a great
club, is not a "local club" and is not part of this competition for the
traveling plaque).  Anyone who did not specify a power level was assumed to
be high power.  Please send any corrections to n9jf at arrl.net before we post
the final results.
