[ILQSO] W9KVR / W9GRS ILQP operations

Good Morning All!

We are back in school and seeing what our operations will be this year for
ILQP.  Tentatively, the plan is to operate portable from K-4132 (Iroquois
County) again as W9GRS.  I need to take a closer look at the park boundary
and see if we can find a spot to operate as a two-county line operation.
The park borders with Kankakee County, so it might be a possibility.  At
worst, I would be operating from home (also IROQ) as W9KVR, if we can't
make the portable operation happen.
