If what I'm seeing is correct, it looks like the county lines intersect
just off of a creek over a field. Might be ok, but is most likely private
property.
Here's a Google map view of where it appears those counties intersect to me:

The business near there is:
Kirsch & Kleinschmidt

I can't find an online accessible GIS parcel map for those three counties,
so can't verify who owns that property. Looks accessible if you can obtain
permission.
