[ILQSO] spotting during the ILQP

Good advice about spotting the mobiles.   I’m not familiar with the county hunter site but rather the DXCluster.    As many mobiles cover multiple counties.  Please spot with Call/county as logging software will treat as a new contact.  If spotted all the time with call/m it doesn’t show up as new.   In addition, I always log those with call/county.
