[ILQSO] mobile and rover frequencies

I'm proposing we try something.

One of the challenges with Rover and Mobile operations is to avoid tromping on each other when we change bands and counties, especially on 20 meters where we usually cannot hear one another. Another challenge is to allow other stations to find us as quickly as possible when we change counties. We that in mind, and after discussion with the other principals involved, here's da plan:

37's (or 47's) KJ9C
40's AD4EB
42's K0PC
44's N9JF
36 or 46 K7JOE
38 or 48 N0I

Note that we are NOT trying to establish a "mobile window". My experience with those has not be very positive. Nor are we saying that anybody "owns a frequency"....won't even go there. This is simply a way to try to avoid having two (or three) mobiles CQing atop one another on 14045 and to make it a bit easier for those who are paying attention to find N0I when he goes from one county to another or where to look for AD4EB when he moves from 20 meters to 40 meters. If other mobiles or rovers come out of the woodwork at the last minute, there's room to play. We'll try to get as close to these slots as possible, +/- QRM.

Comments welcomed, but....dat's da plan....
