[ILQSO] 80m at the top and bottom of the hour

If you have a way to get on 80m, I suggest trying 80 at the top and bottom
of the hour around the bottom of the general band (3800 - 3850) during the
IL QSO party.

A few of the mobiles got into routine on calling CQ at the top of the hour
on 80m and I was very surprised at the amount of multipliers I picked up
during the middle of the day during MOQSO party this year.  You'd be
surprised on how many stations you can hear with low band noise.

And...if your run rate is in the crapper, why not??? Might pick up that
extra county multiplier that could win your category!!!
