The information for my upcoming tri-county activation on Aug 25, 2018 is
incomplete in the "Planned Operations" database.

There is no planned frequencies column entry for my activation on Aug 25,
2018. The modes column includes "20" ???

Please revise the database asap to show "40/20" in the "planned
frequencies" column, and remove "20" from the "modes" column.
