[ILQSO] Best Wishes for ILQP 2016

I am looking forward to the ILQP later today as well. Not sure I can
operate the entire 8 hours, but I will do what I can to put Oklahoma in as
many logs as possible.

The first ILQP I remember running was in the mid 90s, operating from Dekalb
County when I was in graduate school.  I was using an Icom 720A and an
indoor dipole on 20, and a long wire running outside for the lower bands.
It was great to be the sought after station for once.

I am still going to make it to Illinois again someday to run the ILQP
mobile as I did in 1999 and 2000.
