[ILQSO] ILQP - Pse Spot Mobiles w/ County

Please spot the mobile stations often... and when spotting them, it is very
important to spot the county that they are in.   If you're using N1MM,
right click the packet window, choose "specify comment for all spots".....
and then what I typically do is manually type in  "IL QSO Party" and then
check the "exchange" box..... so when N9JF/M gets posted, it'll show up as
 "N9JF/M  IL QSO Party PIKE"

Another option is to spot it as  "N9JF/PIKE"   but a small handful of
people have expressed displeasure because that will show up as N9JF being
in The Netherlands in some logging programs.

Spotting mobiles without the county they're in is very very
frustrating..... so please make 100% sure that you include the county with
all mobile spots.

Remember the mobile window..... between 040-045...... it'd also be nice if
all the mobiles got together and said "N9JF will take 040, AD4EB will take
041, KJ9C will take 042"......etc.
