For the first time, we have divided the Illinois fixed stations into high and low power. A low power station is defined as running 200 watts or less and high power above 200 watts. This only affects Illinois fixed stations for now. The QRP category is not affected, anyone running 5 watts or less is considered QRP. Danny NG9R
