[ILQSO] Another activity map update

Thanks to Mike, NA9Q, we have a the latest, as of Thursday evening, activity
map online and things are looking up for having all 102 counties activated.

If anyone has any idea of who in Kendall county that we might convince to
get on, holler.

I am sure there will be some changes, mobiles may not be able to hit all the
counties they are planning on, but at least the intentions are there. Now if
we could scare up several more fixed stations in some of those counties that
are going to be activated by a mobile only...
