[ILQSO] map and text list

NA9Q uploaded an updated activity map late yesterday and I suspect he will
upload the final version I give him later this evening yet tonight. I will
also send him a text list of activity by county. This list got left to the
last minute and while I tried to include the modes of operation most
stations will be using (as I tried to collect from emails where it was
mentioned), I ran out of time to go back through my email and look them up,
so most of the mode info is off the top of my head, not usually a very good
thing for accuracy.

At the present time, we do not have confirmation of activity in CARR and
KEND counties, all others have been claimed, but it is likely there will be
at least one fixed station on in KEND and still a possibility of a mobile or
portable operation that will include CARR.
